Rooted in the early 2000’s alternative rock scene, Frank Mona is a humble throwback to timeless classics as well as a refreshing take on modern rock.
Frank Mona has released two EP’s, Excerpt A (2020) and Anyone Can Do It (2022). Notably “Everything in Eden” off Excerpt A placed second at the 2019 Ship and Anchor song writing contest while recently, Frank Mona was nominated for the Prophets of Music Emerging Artist Award at the 2022 YYC Music Awards. Frank Mona is an exciting part of the Calgary music scene, they’ve played shows at the Lilac Fest, The Unicorn, The Inglewood Night Market, and countless others.
