2017 CBC Searchlight winners The Long War are a vocal harmony forward, melodic songwriting four piece band from Vancouver BC with catchy hooks and memorable, timeless songs.
The Long War has toured the country headlining shows at NAC Theatre in Ottawa, The Blacksheep in Wakefield QC, The CBC Music Festival in Toronto and the Banff Music Festival in Alberta. We've been featured on CBC Music's Q Radio with Tom Power, debuted on CBC First Play appearing on live and pre recorded TV. Our song "Breathe In Breathe Out" was ranked in the top 100 new songs of 2020 on CBC Music. With two full length FACTOR & CREATIVE BC funded LP's under our belt, The Long War is currently FACTOR funded and in the studio recording our third album.
