We are Northern Renegades, and we like to party. Hard Rock from Central Alberta.
With band members from Calgary, Red Deer, Didsbury, and Niobe, Alberta, Northern Renegades makes the kind of music that they want to hear more of. Inspired by classic Canadian rock and grunge bands from the 90's such as Headstones, The Tragically Hip, and Matthew Good Band, Northern Renegades has been compared to Stone Roses, The Cult, Iggy & The Stooges, and The Doors. Their uncompromising sound is rooted in heavy hitting drums, epic guitar solos, and the stage presence of lead singer and guitarist Tyler "The Duke" Duffy.
