An ISSA Award winner (Int Male Vocalist of the Year 2024) Bruce Coughlan has been a full-time performing songwriter & musician for 50 years. Bruce's expansive range of Acoustic Music styles & genres encompasses elements of Folk, Celtic, Canadiana, Americana, Roots, Blues, R&B, Retro Pop, Rock and well beyond. Over the years, Bruce has fronted a number of acts, from original bands Bare Facts (1980s) The Hightops (1990s) Tiller's Folly (last 25 years) & Peacenik Collective as well as co-producing a number of musical reviews: Voices for the Salish Sea, The Great Canadian Songbook, Burns: the Bard & His Ballads, Abby Road Rockers & Moondance: The Van Morrison Songbook. Welcomed internationally as a touring artist. His eclectic mix of original Roots-based songs are honest, timeless & authentic. His storytelling is intriguing, matched by his expressive voice and masterful guitar work.
