Alick Mac is a rapper, singer and songwriter who's style is defined by his honest, vulnerable songwriting, evidenced by his award-winning single “Easier to Shout”, which challenges traditional conceptions of masculinity. Another distinguishing feature of Alick’s artistry is his versatility, demonstrated by recent releases “500 Days”, a soft melancholic piano ballad centered around themes of isolation and "Toothpaste", a smooth Jazz Rap track about getting through a bad day. In 2024, Alick finished 2nd place in the Music in Motion Canada Awards. His other accolades include winning the 2025 Zattzoo Project Battle of the Bands and the 2026 Sooke Battle of the Bands. An experienced performer, Alick has opened for the likes of Snotty Nose Rez Kids, Bankrol Hayden, Codefendants and Moka Only and performed internationally in Sweden.
