This program focuses on bringing live music to a hospital setting and is intended to promote wellness for patients, staff, and visitors. The program is funded by the Minister of Culture, in partnership with the South Health Campus and supported by Stagehand. These free concerts will happen at South Health Campus (Hospital) in Seton, SE Calgary. A wide variety of genres will be represented from a broad spectrum of locally based artists. Shows will begin at 1:30 PM outside the Good Earth Coffeeshop, inside the hospital, and will end at 2:30 PM. Accessible seating will be available for guests. Artists are asked to be mindful of volumes to accommodate all sensitivities. A minimum artist guarantee of $250 is available for solo acts, with additional funding available for small ensembles. An additional $15 will be added to the artist guarantee to cover underground parking costs. Artists are asked to provide a small PA; a power source will be available close by.

This program will run from December 3rd - February 4th. We are also seeking a performer for a staff appreciation event on December 5th from 1 - 2 PM ($250).
