The Market area itself is spread over several hundred yards of park area with the Market Stage located centrally and on the main thoroughfare. We attract 60-80 vendors and thousands of patrons each week. Baynes Lake is located in the heart of the South Country about 40 minutes west of Fernie BC.

For musicians in the area it's a nice drive to a lovely small community with a surprisingly large Farmers' Market attracting vendors and patrons from across the East Kootenays and southern Alberta. For those coming from a little further away it's an opportunity for a nice weekend camping or staying at one of the many local hotel or resorts!
