1890 Legendary Canmore Hotel

Fondly referred to as “The Ho” by locals, our venue, being the second oldest continuously running hotel in Alberta, is a tourist attraction with a solid base of local support for events and performances with a wide range of content.

We have seen the most success with upbeat and energetic performances of quality music, so let us know if you would be a good fit for a show at our historic venue built in 1890.

We feel a performance on our stage in the heart of downtown Canmore can bring some great international exposure due to the wide range of travellers we host in both the hostel and bar below.

Floor raised stage indoors with main level and top level patio performance areas

Room

We have a very large dance floor walled on both sides by booths and tables seating over 50 immediately in front of the stage plus overflow seating further from the stage. When the tables are cleared out we have an indoor capacity of 163 including staff, 99 capacity on the main level patio which faces the indoor stage and another 71 capacity on our 1 of only 2 Legendary rooftop patios in Canmore with spectacular mountain views!
