About the Trio: • John Glanville – Drums • Jeff Gammon – Bass • Shane Statz – Tenor Saxophone John Glanville has shared the stage with acclaimed artists and ensembles including Pat Belliveau, Shane Statz, Johnny Summers, and the Prime Time Big Band. His performances have lit up venues such as the Ironwood Stage, the Jack Singer Concert Hall, and the JazzYYC International Jazz Festival. In addition to his performance career, John is a dedicated music educator in Calgary. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Ambrose University, where he studied with renowned drummer Tyler Hornby. John has also honed his craft at the Ambrose Drum Camp, learning under the legendary drum educator John Riley.
