Evan Symons is an Indie artist from Texada Island BC who plays bars, farmers' markets and seniors homes. He's been touring Canada for over 25 years, has performed at over 175 shows in 2025 with over 200 booked in 2026. He has 8 albums on his own label. A veteran of the Vancouver music scene, Evan worked with Nardwuar on CiTR (UBC Radio) in the 1990's. Evan plays a variety of music including Indie Rock, Folk, Blues, Punk and Progressive Rock - originals and classic covers. Evan either sings and plays electric guitar with backing tracks, or straight acoustic/vocals.
