About
We are happy to announce that the YEG STAGE live music program is now accepting applications for the 2024-25 season!
Live music is a wonderful addition to the ambiance at the airport and is enjoyed by both passengers and employees. Here are some important details about the program:
- YEG will be selecting 20 partner musicians to perform in the terminal.
- For simplicity solo musicians are most appropriate but other formats will be considered.
- These will be paid 2-hour family-friendly musical performances ($220/performance) with paid parking. Artists may also accept tips and sell CDs.
- PA, mic stands and cables are provided (HK Polar). Artists must bring their own mic and instruments.
- Some performances will be post-security so chosen artists must commit to the security screening process.
- The program will run from July 2024 - July 2025.
- Applications are accepted by creating a Stagehand profile and applying to this program. Please ensure that at a minimum your profile includes:
- Headline
- Bio
- Press ready photos
- Socials, website, and links to music
- Feature video of the musician performing
- Applications will open in early May and close at 5pm on May 24th.
- From May 27th – June 10th, a panel of judges will review applications and make their selections.
- Successful applicants will be contacted on June 11th.
