I am a country singer and songwriter with a soulful Country/Americana kind of sound. I have competed in various singing competitions, I perform regularly, and have previously performed, at various Calgary cafés, night clubs/bars, public events, private events, ACMA Live Webcast series, Goldenwest Radio Christmas party, a variety of charity events, a few festivals in the past (such as the Chestermere Water Festival), and more. A few things I pride myself on is that I have performed for the Calgary Stampede and Exhibition Entertainment Committee as an artist for over 20 years! I have also had some amazing opportunities to open for very talented and wonderful artists such as, Jason McCoy, Kira Isabella, Tenille Townes, and Gordon Belsher. I was also an ACMA (now known as Country Music Alberta) final nominee for Album of the Year in 2013 for my album Bucket Full of Stories, and was a multi-category contender for other ACMA musical categories - including, Female Artist of the Year, Fan’s Choice of the Year, and Single of the Year. Furthermore, I have also, on occasion, worked as a studio vocalist for other songwriters and/or as a background vocalist for other artist’s musical works. I have had the wonderful experience of collaborating with a few other artists and musicians such as, Alex Hughes, Lyndsay Butler, Greg Gunhold, Neil Gunhold, Quentin Reddy, Corinne Plomish, Ralf Buschmeyer, Denis Dufresne, Luc Desharnais, and Joel Porayko. Lastly, I have also very much enjoyed teaching a variety of ages at Music Central for the last year as a vocal teacher. It is truly inspiring to teach others the joys of singing! I released my first full-length album, Bucket Full of Stories, in August 2013. From this album, I released five singles to Canadian Commercial Country Radio via Last Tango Productions. My first single, Love is a Symphony, was #4 on the top 5 DMDS charts for one week. I had a variety of secondary stations pick-up all five of my singles for regular spins. I released a cover Christmas song - Love Is Christmas - with regular radio spins in 2015 and re-released it to radio in November of 2024. I also recently released two new singles, “Puppeteer’s Doll” and “Pour Us A Coffee”. Both singles were placed on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown, with “Pour Us A Coffee” peak charting to number 13. My newest single, “Cryin’ Too Long” is also set to be released very soon. I am currently working on a new album, and it is hopefully going to be released by the beginning of next year!
